Ordered a grande iced latte and it was terrible. The milk tasted funny and the coffee tasted barely better than the hotel coffee I couldn't drink. Not a great way to start a 7 hour drive.

I’m not the type to usually leave a poor review, especially at one of my favorite places , but my visit today at this location to be specific,left a very poor taste in my mouth .To give a bit of insight ,a few weeks ago I had came to this Starbucks on a Saturday, i drove from austintown which is something I dont usually do. but this was my favorite location and i go Often due to it being so close to my place of work .and I had also never had any issues prior .So I ordered an ice chai with cold foam and I had asked for the cold foam alone to be double blended, they blended the entire drink instead and of course i was understanding because it was early in the morning and it was a busy Saturday.SoI had somewhere to be and didn’t want to wait in the long line again so I made the decision to return after .it couldn’t have been any longer than 20 minutes and when I asked if my chai could be remade even after i presented my receipt I was immediately met with sass and rather rude and condescending behavior. specifically from the barista running the window at the time. I can’t remember her name ,either Laura ,Lori whomever ,she was an older lady with the glasses and high ponytail . I think

Absolutely love it here. Every and all local Starbucks are amazing especially this one on Belmont Avenue. This is my second drink today from Starbucks and they made it perfect and amazing. Everybody is also very friendly and sweet. Wayyyyy better tasting coffee and drinks than Dunkin.

Today was my first time inside of this Starbucks location, and I really loved the environment, food, and drink options, especially the mango dragonfruit drink, chocolate chip cookie, and the vegetarian breakfast sandwich that I had. As for the staff, they were very nice, friendly, and welcoming to me. I will definitely be coming back again!

The drinks have always been pretty good, way better then Dunkin! But disappointed in the food. Just got an Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella sandwich. They really were lazy putting the sandwich together. A corner of pesto 🤦🏻‍♀️
